The craziness during Mayday's concert was so worth it even though my voice has just recovered.
On another note, results were out and I'm sooooooo glad I cleared all with relatively decent marks :) Oh gosh, I am so thankful to all the gods in the world! 2nd Class Honours (lower)- This may not seem fantastic to some out there, but I'm happy with it! Thank goodness MSM and INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT(!!!!!) saved my ASS :)
Now, I'm SOOOO looking forward to my Taiwan Trip! :)
Anyway, I'm still contemplating on whether I should continue taking this: BSc Financial Markets and Management degree certificate awarded by the University of Manchester....

10th May - Mother's Day
Pretty Box from Bakerzin :)
Guess how much was the cake? Its only $13.60, size 13cm by 13cm, from Bakerzin! Not very big but its such a good bargain! 50% off lehhhh! :) They were having some Mothers Day promo so I decided to get it. Your friend here is damn good at finding great steals. Haha. The cake is damn good by the way. Yums!

18th May - Joey's Concert
The concert was quite good (towards the end when we went to the front). Enjoy the pics!

We were this NEAR to the stage!

So we ran to the front!
We grabbed some random seats which doesn't belong to us and sat down. Hilarious!
Then towards the end of the concert, we went all the way to the front (just behind the barrier), second row. LOL. 赚到。
Only 2x or 3x zoom.
She's so pretty :) Though make up's a bit thick.

I really hope that Mayday WILL NOT COME to Singapore before my exams (before June to be precise). Should there be a 演唱会门票签名会，the organisers better hold it in June (when I'm done with my exams). I better wake up my freaking ideas from now on! Exams are nearing and I must get some motivation to study before its too late!!! I can't afford to waste another year to study. High opportunity cost lehhhh! *macro comes of mind :S*

I'm in such a holiday mood now that I can't get my ass down to study MACROECONOMICS!!! The test is in 3 days time by the way. I should wake up my bloody ideas NOW.
So today, I woke up at 3am (!!!!!!!!) to send my sister to the airport. Apparently, she's going for a Choir Exchange program. Guess what? She's in Tim-Sum Land now!!!!!! So for the next 3 days, she gets to go to HK Disneyland (though I prefer Tokyo's *heh) and 海洋公园, plus having Tim-Sum for her breakfast everyday!!! (!@$@#%!@$!!!!!)

I can't believe I went to see 周华建 with my family!!! My Dad seems to be crazier than me. *shrugs* Hopefully I'll be able to win tickets to his concert! Anyways, here are some photos!

Fabulous concert!!!

I spent the whole morning editing the photos I took during Lee Guitars ALL-STAR Concert! But it was all worth it :) The concert was no doubt a fantastic one. Just look at the cast! In which consist of 李宗盛大哥，周华建大哥，张震岳，蔡健雅，陈绮贞 and 天团-五月天. It was truly enjoyable! Other than performing, all of them talked about their stories involving their Lee guitar. I remembered really clearly what 陈绮贞 had shared with us. She had the urged to learn an instrument when a guy told her that girls don't know anything about music. That was so not true. It was her story which made me feel like some instrument too, probably the guitar?
五月天 was the last to perform but they were also the ones who made everyone so HIGH! Though they didn't sing my favourite 志明与春骄, I didn't expect them to sing 离开地球表面! Since the concert was called Lee GUITARS, I sort of expected them to sing those 抒情 kind of songs. However, I was wrong! Everyone (those sitting on the left, right and behind me) was SO HIGH! My 7th row was practically the 'first row' since those blocks of wood in front of me probably got free tickets from their company (because they are the concert sponsors). I WAS DAMN GLAD. I'M SERIOUS! We were probably too high to the extent that the cameras at the front were fliming us furiously- there were 3 of them. Luckily we didn't appear on TV. *phew!* Back to Mayday's performance, Ashin sounds a little off when singing. Hopefully his voice will get better *crosses fingers*. I'm so looking forward to 五月天's 新歌飙唱会. I am sure they will not disappoint me :)
Did I mention that I love my camera to bits?!?!?!?!?!

HEYA!
I haven't been posting for such a long long time. I'm simply too lazy to update my LJ. Heh. Anyways, MANY HUGS and KISSES to those who came to my birthday! (I know its been such a long time since my birthday party and I should have updated about it- my apologies!) And the presents too- A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! :D
Things have been going alright so far (I think). I attended the iCare dinner/gathering a few weeks back with Adelynn and Felicia. It was better than expected, at least we got to know more people from the same campus. It is time to get to know more people- connections are extremely important in the outside world especially. Time really flies, and before we know it, I will be graduating in 2009, stepping into the cruel and realistic world out there. It really send chills down my spine, seriously. So to get a good job, I need a good class of honours. To do so, I need to study consistently, but I don't think I'm doing that right now. SERENE WEE BETTER WAKE UP HER BLOODY IDEAS! -Simon Leow. I shall not slack anymore by watching videos in youtube and tudou, trying to win tickets to movies and singing performances(- which is a waste of time, according to my dad) etc. I'm going to start revising from today onwards!!! -Dear SIM peeps, please remind me :)
Aside from about-school-and-what-nots, I bought 2 fantastic albums this month. I'm suffering from an overdosed of Jay Chou and Mayday- especially. Its like some drug I have to take everyday.
